How can I install a windows xp on my laptop without a cd-rom drive. I cant afford to buy an external cd-rom drive. What I did was to install xp directly on its hard disk drive (enclosure) but it wont work. it was just save on the hard disk so how can I install it? what is the right process of copying the winxp installer to the hardisk so I cant install it to my laptop? hope to hear or have a feed back from anyone soon. kindly help a freshmen college student!
