    I am getting error while uploading excel file

    Tags: 

    X pc: MS office-not installed
    Y pc: MS office-installed
    Same features; Windows 10

    I am getting error while uploading excel file to website at my X pc. Error message is “you can only upload templates in xlsx format.” File is perfect. It’s working while uploading excel file to website at my Y pc. What is the reason?

      The easiest fix for this issue is to use another browser like Chrome for uploads. You could also try uninstalling your browser and then re-install the same and upload. 3. Blank Rows at the end: Once you upload you excel, you might at times see lots of blank rows on the confirmation screen throwing up validation errors.
