I am looking for a Epic Bridges Ambulatory Build Developer

I am a IT recruiter for IT and IT EMR geared in the Health Care Industry. It is very difficult to find a person who is certified in Epic Ambulatory that has Epic bridges experience and has worked in a clinical environment.
