i cannot delete all cookie-informations

i want to start from scratch all my cookie-informations(mail-identifications and maybe passwords). once i could simply use the mouse and the passwords came automatically. but from one day to the other i was unable to do that. ok i change some thingsin iexplorer 5.5. i do not know how to delete all cookies and reactivate the automatic password.
