I cannot get my Quickbooks Pro 2011 to go online

My QB PRO 2011 refuses to allow me to send statements electronic. I cannot use the live requests or chat.
It also tells me that my password is invalid for sending statements.

Sounds like you probably need to contact Intuit...

it could be some sort of time limit/subscription on your copy of Quickbooks.
There should be contact information inside the program, using the help
menu, usually by pressing F1 will access the built-in help.
