My computer shows that it is connected to my wireless network, but then also says it is currently connected to an unidentified network with no internet access? All of my other wireless things on the network work and my desktop which is plugged into the modem. I’ve tried troubleshooting but it keeps leading my back to unplugging my router and plugging it back in. Any suggestions?
