I can’t install WINS Server on one of my domain controllers

Hello,

I have two Windows 2003 Server domain controllers. For redundancy I want each to have DNS and WINS server functionality.

The first DC has both. The second DC is a backup DNS server, but when I try to install WINS it tells me, simply, that it’s can’t install it. Is there a log that would give me more details?
