I cant see pC of two subnet in workgroup

i have a DHCP server having two NIC card.there IP are:
NIC 1: 192.168.100.X
NIC 2|:192.168.200.X
i define two logical subnet(scope) in a super scope.
From client PC,one subnet PC can’t see another sub net PC.
what i do to solve that problem.
