I dont understand why

Ok Folks i need help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a young person (im ony 25) who are trying to establish as a network admin or at least to start having some real world experience in network administration .I have not finish my colleg degree yet but im on my way to have compleated this year but as all pepole i have to work to pay my bills. Last month i took the mcp certification in win2k but i submitted a lots of resumes but i have not sucssed.What can i do??? I hope someone can give me a good avice and help Im from Puerto Rico..... Thanks!!!!!!!!

No great advice but I have had similar experiences. Try different versions of your resume and also realize you may have to take a lower position (and pay) then you were hoping for, also right now with how things are there are many IT people lookingfor jobs so competition is harder.

I feel I still get passed over because much of my experience is in smaller shops, so despite skills and certifications I don't get positions I would like to.

Fix your english first!

With all due respect, if your resume is full of the kind of grammatical errors you have made here, then I can see why you are being ignored. Being a systems admin is not just fixing servers and networks, you have to be articulate and have excellentcommand of the english language. What are you going to do if you have to write a technical document and your english is poor? Hiring managers will not allow themselves such embarrasment by hiring a person that cannot communicate in both written and verbal english.
