I forgot an important Password

okay so i have this dial up networking connection. its one of those network connections to connect to the internet. and i need to reformatt and reinstall windows on this harddrive but i cant because i need this connection for future work. but, the only problem is that i forgot the password to the connection. the password is saved and everythin in the connection but i just forgot what it was. so if any one knows a password revealor worth downloading or sumway to find it in the computers storage file or something. i just need to get this password because this computers really slowing down. and i need to reformatt but if i do then i lose this connection. so if any buddy knows a solution to my problem then please help.
