I get the BIOS screen then nothing happens, it just stays there saying DELL. I press F2 to try and get into the BIOS but nothing happens. I try F12 to choose boot options and nothing. Fan is running, hard drive running. I left it on for 15 min, and nothing. I have another exact laptop so one by one tried different hardware pieces to see if I can find the problem. I changed BIOS chip with same model, tried memory, and hard drive Does the exact same thing with each piece I tried, plus I put the pieces I switched out on the good laptop and it worked. Only thing I can think it is, is the CPU. Any thoughts anyone?
