Have tried removing the new RAM and there is no difference right?

If you have not remove the new RAM and see if it boots now. If it does you have got the wrong type of RAM and need the correct RAM for this unit. You can look here on the Corsair RAM Upgrade Site for the correct RAM for your System.

If it's doesn't make any difference you need to look seriously at what you have done here as the system is now damaged and in need of repair. The most obvious thing is that you where not following Static Safe Procedures and gave the system a Static Hit when you touched it's internals. But check the obvious things like all the wires being correctly plugged in and things like that.
