I KEEP GETTING LOGGED OUT

I keep getting logged out. Why is this happening? I log in to the sites and also click on ‘remember me’ but still I am getting logged out automatically

I tried clearing cache still it is of no help

I didn’t know there were smartphones with Mac OS.

Can you give more details, such as what browser you use, the settings for automatically deleting cookies in that browser and give a few sites where it happens.

It might help to know exactly what make/model device you are having trouble with. I can’t tell if this is on a laptop/desktop computer or on a cell phone.

If your cookies are turned on, clear your browser’s cache. Note: While deleting your cookies may resolve the problem, it will also remove your saved settings for sites you’ve visited. Make sure you’re using the latest version of your browser. Use a browser like Chrome to remember passwords for you.
