I got a computer with the compuserve rebate deal. I did not go in to purchase the computer so I miss understood the directions. I intern acessed a new account instead of activating the one that was set up in the store for me.
I have Windows 98 and an internet friendly pc. Windows and HP have a cascading program set up and I cannot access a whole plethora of programs. By not downloading the right account name, I had to reload the program again. With the cascading program installed, theother programs automatically install the old account that has been null and voided. Is there any one that can tell me step by step instructions on how to rectify this problem
