Hi, please help!! I have a second hand HP Pavilion zd7000, I need to format the hard drive but the normal right click and format option is not working. I have tried to use the format option by entering the bios using the f10 button, this is now asking for a password, unfortunately I nor the last owner has the password. How can I format the hard drive and / or over ride the old password. Please Help and Thank you in advance
