I need a little help with XP & IE 6.0

I am trying to configure an email address to be used when you want to send email through a website. I go to Tools, Internet Options and then Programs and when I go into the email drop down I have nothing there. I know I have 2 email programs installed on my computer, but cant figure out how to get them to show up in the box. I have looked in the help option and it just tells me to go there and follow the instructions, but there are none?
