To start with I currently have a good full-time job. However, it is my desire to recieve more computer training and am looking into some of the IT training centers in my area (central Arkansas). Onward toward my point, I wish to start a small (to medium!) ISP. What certificates and/or classes do I need to have to start this thing? Thanks in advance for all help offered!!
