I see these for 13 bucks on Amazon. Buy a new one.

Sometimes it is easier and cheaper just to buy a new device than to fix the broken one.

To repair the microphone wire on JBL Tune 110 headphones:

      1. Identify the break in the wire.
      2. Cut and strip the wire at the damaged point.
      3. Solder the wires together, matching the correct colors.
      4. Insulate and protect the soldered connections with heat shrink tubing or electrical tape.
      5. Test the repaired microphone to ensure it functions correctly.
      6. Secure and reassemble the repaired section and the earbuds.

If you’re not comfortable with soldering or if the headphones are under warranty, consider professional repair or contact the manufacturer. Attempting repairs yourself may void the warranty.

purchasing a new device can be a simpler and more cost-effective solution than repairing a malfunctioning one
