Yes I need some help with my Windows Mail. I have a email that’s in my sent box and you can’t delete it at all. I have tried everything to delete it and it won’t go away. It keeps saying “An unknown error has occurred” and when I click ok it pops up saying ” The selected message (s) could not be moved. An error has occurred”. And on the email it only says “Message could not be displayed Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again”.
I know I have enough memory because it says I have 107GB of free space so I know that has nothing to do with it. I have tried everything and need some help on this!
