I need to cancel my TechRepublic Pro Subscription

I need to cancel my subscription, i send messages asking for cancellation and i have no answers. It is so easy to join but they make it so difficult to cancel. It is not fair. I use to have only good things to comment about TechRepublic but now i have change my mind. Sadly i feel it is a tramp that can't be stop taking my money out of my bank account and no one is paying attention to my complain. Any one going through this? any suggestions?

Don't be sour on the folks at TR just because of this one glitch. Considering the fact they've been going through a corporate roller coaster ride - one in which quite a few were thrown from the cars - they still manage to have, in my opinion, the best tech-community site on the Web. And they really are all great people.

Please contact customer support via the 'Submit a Question' tab Web form on our Help page:
http://techrepublic.custhelp.com

Provide your Subscription ID and the email the subscription is listed under. We looked at the account associated with your username in which you posted this forum under, and there are no TechRepublic Pro Subscriptions or product purchases made under this account. You apparently have more than one membership account.
We look forward to assisting you further.
