i was on the internet i had one web page up for a video website then i had a another page up it a video and i decided to put in a headset a messeage page pop up saying that i have to close all programs before i have to installed this hardward after i click okay it made aloud beeping sound so try to click off the two web pages it was not responding while i was trying to turn it off i acccidently i hit the hard drive with my hand then i try to press the button to turn it off but after i held it in for 20 seconds it would’nt shut off so i turn off the power bar now it will not turn it back on i have a intel celeron intel pentium lll i had it only for 1 year i see a green light lights up inside the hard drive i try press the power button on the hard drive but also i don;t hear the fans going
