When booting up my Windows 98 system I receive the following error as listed in title. It then asks me to choose F1 or Setup. If I go into setup I see that address assigned to an Onboard Serial Port 2. I don’t see that address assigned anywhere else. I have also checked Device Manager but don’t see a conflict. The end result of all this is that my modem will not initialize and I am not able to get online. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
