I recivie 2 ip when i use ipconfig

i dont know but when ever i connect using my dsl service, i recive two ipaddress one starting with 168 and he other with 64, i have checked with my tech dept as i am using a VPN too in my office on the same Lap top, but the tech person says that the 168 is not their ip and my isp says that 168 is not their ip but 64 is and they dont know what 168 is, i am confused about it is some body watching my computer i dont have any firewall and anti virus siftware.
