Comments: Because of a slow Internet connection, I would like to download articles of interest (perhaps in .pdf format) and read them off-line. A download link in the e-mail newsletter would be very helpful.
DSL and digital cable are NOT available in my area. I am located in an area where no municipality wishes to take responsibility for this - the battle with legislators and SBC

I asked a professional question - I expected a professional answer.
Either it is possible to make this modification to member newsletter emails or it is not.
Either there is a way for members to download articles of interest (in .pdf format; perhaps) or there is not.

Shades of AOL...

Is a straight answer too much to ask for?
