i wanna automatically back up files

i always forgot to back up my files in time. you know, backup is so important. i wanna an automatic backup software, but when i searched in google, wow, so many…i need to check which one is stable and i am a student, hope it is not beyond my expectation.

what’s your operating system?
according to your descriptions, i think a backup software with schedule backup and incremental backup may be suitable for you. Sorts of backup brand. if you only wanna back up your system, maybe windows native backup feature can complete this; if you just need to back up the files, ok, choose a software.
i know easeus todo backup and acronis true image can do this. todo backup is free, and true image is a little bit expensive, but featured. you can find their features as the follows:
