I worked somewhere where we ran out of ram to open up a certain file. We work with large cad files and from time to time they become too large to open up anymore. Our I.T. guy tricked my computer to think it had 4gb of memory and it was a boot option if I wanted that setting or not. When I picked it, it was like I had a lot more ram. When I didn’t pick it, it was like I just had the 2gb of ram.
Any ideas on how to do this? I need this setting again and I work somewhere else.
