I7 920 cpu problems

I am having the BSOD on W7 Ultimate x64. Find the error codes below:

Description
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000101 (0x0000000000000019, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff880009b2180, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 041510-30139-01.

I am unable to open the .dmp file even with the WDK from MS. I contacted Intel as the error during the BSOD says something about internal cpu clock intervals not received, and was told that the memory I am using, Corsair XMS3 6GB DDR3 PC10666 1333MHz isn’t compatible with the processor. I am told from Intel, and I quote “None of Intel’s I7 processors support any memory faster than 800/1066”. They are blaming the memory for the problem. I contacted Corsair about this and was told the memory is compatible with the I7 920 processor. Now can someone please help me figure out WTH is going on here? I have had a local computer store diagnose my system and can’t find anything wrong. the Owner of the repair store runs an Intel I7 965 with 1600 MHz memory and says Intel is full of it and doesn’t want to replace the cpu. Any more info you need, ask me and I’ll try and get it for you.
