I have been given an old IBM 8513 VGA Monitor for my Windows 3.1 system. It works with DOS OK, but not with the Windows. The screen snows over when booting up to windows 3.1. Do I need a new driver for the monitor, or is there something in the BIOS that needs to be changed? Also, if it is the driver, does anyone know where I can find one compatable with Windows 3.1? I’ve looked, all with no luck. Please note, I have no plan to upgrade from windows 3.1 at this time.
