IBM e server 8671 network card not working

Broadcom netxtream
OS Windows 2003 server.

I am not able to configure Broadcom.

It say \s Media not reachable .

Not able to bind any IP address to NIc card.

I am in wsimple workgroup installation not configured domain yet.

Any Ideas from Netwroking guru’s here are welcome
