IBM PC CAMERA ERROR

I am using an IBM PC Camera I’ve had it for a few years. I uninstalled it, and since doing that I installed SP2. Now when I plug it back in I get the following: “Class Not Reistered.
hr=0x8000154”
I cannot see any video for camera itself, but I can still view the photos that are stored on it in the alblum for the camera.
