I am running WinXP-SP3. My CD-Rom suddenly stopped working. Device Mgr says I have a Floppy Drive installed and I cannot get it to recognize (list) the CD-Rom that ‘IS’ in the bay. I do not have a Floppy Drive.
I have reset BIOS and no help. Has anyone encountered this problem and, if so, how do I correct it??
