My Thinkpad recently had a hard drive failure. So I went online looking for a new one, and i found the 80GB are around the same price as the 60GB. So
I obviously picked the 80. I just got the hard drive today and i am having problems getting Windows XP on it. It recognizes the hard drive but
whenever i try to install windows it tells me “The hard disk drive drivers are not installed.” I even reformated the hard drive just for assurance, but it still brings up the same error. Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.
