Once in a while we get a problem that freezes all users to connect to our Citrix environment. When a user Logs off from our Farm, again, once in a while, the logoff process does not terminate successfully leaving the Session State to DOWN. When it occurs, the server no longer accepts ICA connections and MFADMIN refuses to connect, the only way to get some informations on the server is by using the Query command. It seems to be freezing the ICA winstation. When this happens, we must Disabled andRe-enable the ICA Winstation. Does anyone ever experienced this problem ? Is there a way to fix/prevent this issue ? All suggestions are welcome. Thanks for your time.
