Icon on all roaming profiles desktop

I want to install a program on 25 computers .There all Windows Professional that are logged onto with roaming profiles.My question is how do I get every profile to see the icon that is on the desktop of the computer? In other words I install the program as local administrator but when i log on as any user with roaming profile i want them to see icon to and be able to use program installed on the computer.
