I want to manage my Exchange server from my desktop,how can I place Exchange Admin. and Migration wizard icons on my NT desktop. Also, how can i fix free/busy errors in outlook 98? Thanks

  Create two shortcuts on your desktop that point to the following files in EXCHSRVR\BIN directory : Admin.exe and Mailmig.exe
  To fix your free/busy error, start your Outlook client in the following fashion :
  Outlook.exe /CLEANFREEBUSY
