Hi Guys, I am 6+ year old Peoplesoft consultant. What could be the next moves for me uphill? I dont want to lose my geeky side (of development) by sliding into a managerial role(very seldom I find suitable for that role). Hence kindly advise me!
Regards, Rao.

If you are a technical consultant, and you don't want to go into management, then your career path is to be a technical consultant, no?
The only 'move' for a technical consultant who works as a contractor would perhaps be to a full-time role in an organization, which may be more stable with better benefits but not necessarily more money.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
Ideal career path(non-manager) for a consultant?
