Identifying whose email it is

I am not an IT professional but I joined this community just because I value it highly and is the only place where I can place my confidence regarding IT-related problems.

Well, I have a small doubt. I am using a Email Client software, Super Email Sender. I store my Email list in a text file. How can I know whose email it is? Is there any way to put in comments for the email address so that I know the person’s name to whom I’m sending? Please enlighten me on this matter. Thanking you in advance.
