I installed service pack 6 for Win NT. Then I installed IE 5.5. Now when I try to get to the internet and Outlook 2000, it takes 3 minutes to get on. Once I am on, everything is ok. I have tried taking off the task scheduluer. This did not work. Any other suggestions.
