IE 5.5 settings

I am trying to write a script to update the IE to 5.5 SP2 and NT SP6a but I am having a problem with trying to get the IE install to default to the LAN connection. After the install is done and at first login it asks if I want to dial out via modem. Since, most of the PC’s on my company have modems installed it will bring up a box for dialing properties.
Does anyone know how to create the package so that it will set the settings to never a dial a connection. (I have already tried to import my setting when creating the IE install package.)
Any help would be appreciated.
