I have a windows 2000 server with windows 2000 pro - SP4 client pcs using IE 6 - SP1.
Each user logs in usually belonging to the domain users group. Under this access currently, they can't check the "use automatic configuration script" box (Lan Settings button on the connection tab) and SAVE the settings. I could make them a member of domain admins so the settings would keep but thats too much access.
NOTE: They should also be able to check and uncheck the settings on the lan settings page as needed.
what is a somewhat simple solution for my problem?
