IE 6 Eat up 100% CPU and Freeze Forever

Hi,

Currently whenever I start IE6 on W2K professional, all CPU power is used up, and everything freezen. I have to kill it.

So how can I get rid of this problem? Or is there any way to install an earlier version of IE? (I tried without success.)
