Ok I am trying to help this teacher. She used to be able to run reports of the TEA website, but today all of a sudden she can’t. I ran a scan nothing found, ok not a flag. But another lady says she was told by a TEA tech that they have to be using IE 7. So i check the current version and it says 6. Now at this point IE opens up and you can browse she just cant run the reports. But, after I go to the Microsoft site, download IE 7 run it allow it to install and it asks me to restart, I do. Upon restarting when I dbl click on IE icon the window opens and then disappears…??? I have no Idea why
Update
Also I tried to go in and change the homepage, there is no longer a “internet Connections” tab…. For some reason when I install IE 7, IE no longer works…
