IE autocomplete transfer

Hi, I have an XP workstation with IE 6.0 and I’d like to transfer the autocomplete data (id’s and passwords) from one workstation to another. Is there any way to do this?

I’ve look on MS KB but found nothing really helpful. I read posts here made about .dat files in the temp folder that holds all this info. Any more solid assistance would really help me.
