IE Download choice selection problem

When you go to download a file frome the inter net is usually asks if you want to “open from source” or “Save to disk”

Alot of files we use here at work you select open from source and the .tff viewer opens. Some users have marked or lock selection to “save to disk” How do you reset this in IE so you have both selections available again?
