IE-Problem!!

I am using win95 have created internet connection: the connection is OK, but when IE tries to open a page,I got this error: it cannot display the page. on the Address Bar: “res://C:\win98\system\SHDOCLC.DLL/dnserror.htm
Also, in the top of the MenuBar it says “Cannot find the
server-Microsoft Internet Explorer”. Please remember I am
using one of those free internet “things”; Nocharge. I even put the Host: name and Domian: name (in this case www.nocharge.com)but that did not help. Any clue? thanks
