IE Set-up

In IE* when you go to Tools, Internet Options, Connections, LAN settings, Tick Use Proxy Server and fill in the relevant info, then go to the Advanced tab, and add information in the “Do not use proxy Server” window, fine.
Does anybody know a way of configuring my 800 users, remotely, without having to visit every PC, with this information??
Either with some sort of script, or via SMS??
