I recently downloaded IE 6 Beta to give it a whirl (bad idea). Anyway, I uninstalled it and went back to 5.5. Now, whenever I click on a thumbnail online (Gif or JPG) to open it up full screen, the screen comes up blank. I tried changing the fileassociation in the folder options in my C: drive to point those file types at internet explorer to open- no luck. I set up another app do open files that I have saved on my hard drive, but when you are using IE it automatically defaults it to open online files itself. The pictures within the regular layout of web pages come up fine, it’s just when IE opens up the picture (any web page that ends in .jpg or .gif) Thanks for your help, and feel free to suggest away.
