I have a page that uses 3 frames, two of which are in a nested frameset. One of the two frames is a table of contents (list of links). Each anchor has a target=”content” attribute. The second frame is named “content.” The intent, of
course, is that the link opens in the second frame. Mozilla does that. IE5 or IE6 opens each link in a new window, as if the target was “_blank.” Anyone know why this happens in IE?
