Running Win98 Upgrade when I launch IE5 I get the following message:
IEXPLORE caused an exception 6d007eH in module urlmon.dll at 015f:79420d66
Trying to reinstall from C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Setup generates a “file missing or corrupt” error.
Even Microsoft’s repair utility, both GUI and command line, fails to correct the problem. System file checker and version utilities report no errors. Short of a complete reinstall of Win98 does anyone have any suggestions?
