Maybe someone can point me in the correct direction here.I took my computer recently to another location which was on a cable access setup and all worked wonderfully;however when I returned to using my dialup from my home it started hanging ie5.5 tothe point links stop working unless you refresh the page with the links on it about every third click(happens at a variety of sites including techrepublic). Machine is running win98se and has over 256 MB ram chip is an AMD 400 k-6.
I have used the repair utility in add remove and also reinstalled ie with all updates but to no avail.
